I cant rec email Help Please

Hello all
I install Opencart software in my website
After i use contact Us page and enter information click send button I cant receive any email.
Help please i read so much topics but no success if i use Yahoo mail example@yahoo.com now i rec email after i use domain email (I cant rec mail) ? why help please

YAHOO change their policy.... you can not send using @yahoo.com if not from their website or SMTP server. Use other email address!

I mean If i use Yahoo email in Opencart setting he is working fine but if i use Domain Email its not working Please help me i cant rec any email from Contact US page please help me
