This is my website, maybe you can get the error or have an idea...
This is keeping me from uploading products and most of all from having people view the site! Like I said I've had nothing but problems, the site recently vanished and wasn't backed up, I re-did everything once again. I just want a nice functioning website!
Some background info (I don't know what's relevant or not)
-Through my one account with Bluehost I have about 5 domains, the others are flops and aren't used but when I check dont have these problems
-I have several extensions installed including a template
-In the past I have had people work to speed up the site and did some myself (it was much better back then)
-There are probably around 15,000 products uploaded now, will have closer to 100,000 soon
Any help would be great! Thank you
I'll try to get to your site and let you know how I go. I think I understand what they are saying to you, basically your host believes that someone/something is using up your resources (or connections to your database), preventing any new ones from working.
Once I have a look, I'll let you know how it goes.

it timed out after 15 mins, then I got the same error page you just showed me.
There is something using up your connections to the database, then not closing them. Without access to your cpanel admin screen, I won't be able to give you hands-on-help.
Do you want to send me the cpanel details via PM and I'll take a look ?

I've worked out part of your problem and have your site responding again, but it didn't last too long.
I tested your site on the default template and the issue was still there (so it's nothing to do with your template)
I also installed a vqMod manager here. I used this to go through your extensions to see if any of those were causing the issue. I think indirectly, your SEO extensions may be contributing to the issue.
I monitored your sites visits for an hour, and almost 100% of the traffic was from Search Engine Bots (google, bing etc.). This gave pointed me to the view that your SEO modules may be affecting their behaviour (maybe your site is too attractive to them). They were taking up all the available connections to your database, and blocking everyone else out (similar symptoms to a 'Denial of Service' attack).
I have PM'd you some screenshots of some of your database issues, so you might want to get someone to look into these. Most are related to caching and other MySQL settings.
I have modified your .htaccess file to prevent the web crawlers searching your site, as they are continually taking up connections to your database. Also keep in mind, the other sub-sites you have are also going to suffer from the same issue and contribute to the problem. You can change it to allow those engines you trust to the sections of your site you'd like them to interrogate.
Your site is still a little slow for me (maybe cause I'm in Australia), but you can be the judge of that.
I waited an hour and have checked your site and it's experiencing the same problem again. There are other bots at play including this one.
I'll add some more entries to the exclusion list and see how we go. I'm also going to put a robots.txt file in for now.
I've also disabled your "Smart Microdata" vqmod by renaming it to ".xml_" as it has some errors in it.
Also, your Pav Blog extension seems to be throwing up a few errors (look in your error.log in the admin console).
EDIT: 2 hours later and I've had to resort to blocking the IP addresses of the bots as they were taking over your available processes. Seems to have made a big difference.
