Minimum Quantity of 5 pcs as a package in one price.

Hi there.
I 'm facing a difficult issue with my eshop. I need to set a Minimum Quantity of 5 pcs for buying of my products. For example: Min qty of order is 5 pair of shoes, but have to set special sizes of 35 & 42 & 37 & 38 & 40 as a package of 5 in one price. Or can set : blue(1) yellow(2) red(1) black(1).
How can achieve this setup?
