Can't Login in to Admin with Laptop but can with PC

Hi,

I am able to log into my admin section with my pc, phone and tablet. However I am unable to log in via my new laptop which runs Windows 8.

I have changed the password and still no joy, whenever i try to log in it comes up saying that there is no match between the user and password.

Please help!

I Have been running opencart for over a year and logging in is without doubt my single most pain in the a$$, sometimes its fine and sometimes it literally takes me hours to solve it. And here I am back on the forums looking for a solution as yet again Im having issues! Removing admin/php.ini seems to work but surely this cant be right?

maybe you should erase windows 8 and install linux
