Adding second paypal account to OC payments

we have standard paypal set-up for our OC site. Now we want to add paypal vietnam (this will be seperate paypal account). How can we add this second paypal account into payment method for our site? Just to summarize, we want two paypal account options for customers: 1) standard paypal for USA/Canada 2) paypal for Vietnam.

I don't have advanced php skills to pull off that clone. What if I set Paypal (standard) for our paypal vietnam account and then used Paypal Payment Pro for our USA paypal account?
