At the moment with a forced elevation in php.exe upon account holders, BlueHost has shot itself in the foot, so you should first ask both hosts which plural versions of php they allow account holders to select, and whether account holders can easily set their own php.ini values, and whether account holder's own php.ini files are honored by the operating system. There are three questions, the possible grades are 0%=>F, 33%=>F, 66.7%=>D, and 100%=>A. There are several servers that win an A that you can ask if those two flunk.

Very simply, where would your targeted customers mostly be at? If it's the asia, you won't choose a US server or any servers far far away.

In your four posts thus far, John J, you seem to have asked for which is better among three hosts and three mailers, two at a time, in 18 days. Will your OC be on-line by the end of 2014?
