Over 1 year, I set 2 additional emails where to send orders email.
I'm using 220.127.116.11 version from 3 months, last month I did not do any changes, from yesterday the additional addresses does not riceve email.
someone have any idea?

The outbound mailserver itself may be dynamically blacklisted for spam sent by account holders in shared hosting. That will depend upon how the inbound mailserver filters incoming messages to safeguard against spam. If the inbound mailserver is hotmail, that will happen also owing to how hotmail is run. Try asking your own support to look into that.
