Category issue

I don't know what the problem is but i can't seem to have more then four linked categories.
I last thing I did was install the http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... on_id=5125
opencart mobile lite extension and now i'm having issues not being able to link to my categories with more then three taxonomy codes
I would like to have
Health and Beauty > Health Care > Fitness and Nutrition > Vitamin and supplements
But fitness and nutrition is all i can get in the categories link itself and when i try to look them up for the actual product it only shows Health and Beauty > Health Care so i don't even know how to fully explain my issue if someone could take a look or maybe help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
