i setup a store with 3 url's. when i change the theme for the default store they all change. i set the theme from the second and third store to something different but they will not change and only show the theme for the default store. how do i get the different domains to use different theme? have not had this issue with other multi-store installs.

Did you put the trailing slash "/" at the end of the domain names?
Also did you set the "route" "layout" for each store?
If you did all these then as usual eat cookies with a glass of milk

such a simple fix. i didn't have the trailing / at the end. thank you for the quick reply.
