Confirm Order to Paypal Standard: Itemizing subtotals

Hello All.
This may be a simple solution to some of you experts so I figured I'd ask here first.
I've installed several extensions to my opencart 1.5.3.1 site and I'm not sure at which process this may have been altered.
When I have items in cart and go through checkout to confirm order through paypal standard, the order items are correctly itemized, but shipping, coupons, discounts, taxes are totaled into a single line labeled "Total".
For example, if I apply a coupon that discounts $10, it would read upon checkout to paypal:
Product: $29.99
Total: -$10.00 (negative)
Item Total: $19.99
Total $19.99 USD.
Although the bottom line total is accurate, it's very misleading and I was wondering how I can either change the incorrect label of "Total" or even further breakdown "Shipping, Coupons, Tax" to separate lines in paypal standard.
Which core file can I look towards regarding this matter?
Thank you all so much in advance.
