Add a Shipping Method??

Maybe I'm a complete moron - or I'm just extremely exhausted at this point - but how do you set up the type of shipping method you want to use?? I only want to offer USPS shipping...where do I put that/add that/update that/whatever in the admin area? I've tried searching the forums and the documentation hasn't answered that for me...

Extension->Shipping->United States Post Service
Install
Edit to configure
Enter your info
goto the front
buy something

Okay, that's where I've been at and there is no option for USPS.

I show:

CityLink
Flat Rate
Free Shipping
Per Item
Parcelforce 48
Weight Based Shipping

I'm using v1.3.2.

Are there some files I should try to re-upload maybe to figure out why USPS is missing from my options? Anyone?

USPS was not included with v1.3.2. Only this version is available for that version
