How about the invoice stuff? Not gonna release that in the next version?Daniel wrote:a lot of bugs have been fixed. only ups has been added.
Request Reviews v1.0 released.
An idea would be to do it together with the Order Editor, so it's possible to create credit notes and so on.. Maybe we should start a thread about it and get the discussion going?

There is already a topic about this, cannot find it 1-2-3.dbstr wrote:I think it's better to wait then, no reason to rush things.

Edit: Backend Order Entry.
A few of us donated to Daniel so he would start working on the Order Edit, Manual Order Entry and the Invoice number.
After the release of 1.4.0 we agreed that he would first create a stable 1.4.1 and take it from there.
I know he will keep his promise to us

[How to] BTW + Verzend + betaal setup.
I installed the OpenCart 1.4.0. this morning and it works ok, except one important thing :
I can't see or edit orders in backend.
If I press SALES > ORDERS or even in Dashboard if I press EDIT on any order it just sends me to a completely blank page.
url of this blank page is > /admin/index.php?route=common/home
so it should be right...I don't know how to fix it.
any suggestions ?

I agree with you, when it comes to managing real shops clone tool is very important.Qphoria wrote:OK.. my usual first hour with new version suggestion list.
This list has older suggestions and bugs that I think come up over and over again and should just be done. It's all very quick nuance stuff that shouldn't take more than an hour to fix. They are very general fundamentals more than addressing specifics. And they are all generic core based designs... nothing localized.
..
SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS:
v1.x (General)
- Clone Categories in admin
- Clone Products in admin
...
Based on the latest release we have added the "Duplicate" button for cloning one or more products or categories. I attach here just the modified files in case it helps.
By the way congratulations Daniel, for this great work, We've worked with several e-copmmerce solutions osCommerce/ZenCart, virtuemart prestashop or Magento and i think your work is the best to work in a shared hosting environment. Thanks!!
P.D.: also added the delete special when the products is deleted, I think it was missing.

I have not installed yet, just downloaded, however the config.php file is 0 bytes in the zip file.luna3k wrote:works now...
i tried uploading all files again and still didn't work .
Than I saw that order.php is on my server but it was 0kb . so empty file.
Now I just uploaded ORDER.PHP again and it works.
strange....thanks for your advice
Completely unrelated. Considering you haven't installed.. why would you expect the config.php file to have anything in it?Artlife wrote:I have not installed yet, just downloaded, however the config.php file is 0 bytes in the zip file.luna3k wrote:works now...
