OpenCart Community

After installing OpenCart I get a white page directly on the frontside of the website. The admin is functionally normally (so far as I know). I did search on the forum but could find the exact problem (I did find other white pages but can’t find nothing in the index or config (which I changed to config.php)

OC Version: 3.0.3.2
Theme: standard
Extension/Mods: none
site: diertjes . nl

If you found all relative topics where only blank pages would be described without a proper solution, it means that none of the OPs actually checked their error / server access logs regarding those events. Please check the error / server access logs. Forum rules.

Thanks, I thougt i read thistopic carefully. I guess i missed the part of the error / server access logs. My bad.

This part is new for me. Is it correct that I can find them in the "storage folder" that you have to make at the installation? I also found a logs file in system/storage/logs. These error files are empty. I guess i didn't find the correct one. Where can i find the error / server acces logs?

You can find it in your storage's logs folder, another reason might be cache directory path is not correct, please check that as well.

DNS / Server cache issue on shared servers.
