again, due to the fact, that the Browser Cache automatically links
to the install routine again. But now, since the config.php files have
been created, it will change to the UPGRADE process, as you found
You have to clean out your Browser Cache, and remove the Cookies,
to keep the Browser from doing this re-linking. And rename the Install
Directory, or just delete it, then, even if the Browser tries to go to the
install routine again, it won't find it, and just present an error Page,
but now inside of the Shop Directory. Then, just click anyone of the Shop
links, and your Shop should work as planned.

Hi Dreamer3295 - I have to been attempting a fresh opencart install, which I have done previously with version 220.127.116.11 and it worked perfectly. I am running into almost the same problem as you, except when I delete my install file and rename .htaccess.txt to .htaccess I get a continuous redirect loop to the install directory (which I have tried deleting and renaming) that came with the oc upload folder, after doing this I run into 404 errors. I have cleared my browsing data, cache and cookies and I still run into the same issue. I wanted to know if you have found any solutions to this issue yet?
