Despite if you use SSL with emails. If you are using SMTP to send emails, then the SMTP options needs to be configured from your admin - > systems - > settings - > edit settings - > mail tab .

As an alternative, to see if the addressed issue will be solved by using SSL / TLS with remote mail servers, see this solution: https://github.com/opencart/opencart/pu ... 5b50e7f138 .

The most generated errors being found on Opencart forum originates from contributed programming. The increased post counters are caused by redundancies of the same solutions that were already provided prior.

going to Compete White Page.
Your display error setting may not be enabled from your OC admin - > systems - > settings - > edit settings - > server tab. If the option is already enabled, there are multiple locations where you can check:

- Access logs from your host console
- access_logs or logs folder in your root FTP domain location
- In your storage/logs folder of OC

after i Edit those 2 File ....
I'm not sure, if you really found the modified mail.php File,
instead of possibly trying to copy/paste Code out of the
Commit Section. At least, if the Modification has been
implemented into the Release already, which has to be
checked on first also ...

However, if you use those modifications above and it does work, ensure to use PHP v7.2.4 or above.

Hm, maybe there is something wrong with your hosting configuration? Have you tried on a different hosting to run email settings?
