Proforma Invoice to Tax Invoice

Does anyone know which language file would be used to change the name Proforma Invoice to Tax Invoice with 3.0.3.2? I have done this before but cannot remember where?

Proforma Invoice does not exist in default opencart.

If it did, for admin sales it would be in:

..\admin\language\en-gb\sale\order.php
