According to client they required a select area/location functionality for his customers when any customer visited to his website first they have to select area/location from drop down, and the area/location updated by client according to his reach.
I am using opencart 3.0.2.0 version

This is not a feature that come out of the box with the default OpenCart v3.0.x or any other versions, but I believe it's something that can be done via customization or extension.
Maybe you could reach out to developers in the Extension Support forum instead.
