Missing Order Statuses

I am unable to update my store settings (System/Settings) as the Order Status fields in Options/Checkout are all blank and the system requires entries in these fields.
I would expect to see selectable tables in Processing Order Status and Complete Order Status and also option lists for Order Status and Fraud Order Status but these fields are all completely blank and nothing is selectable.
How do I go about replacing the default values to these fields?

Did you ever edited those fields, or were you using the ones Opencart came with?

I was using the defaults.
I don't know how to edit them as I don't know where the data is held.

Throught FTP, upload the file in attachment to the root of opencart and then run the file in the browser, and delete it afterwards. That should fix your problem.

Sorted.
I just manually added the statuses back in System/Localisation/Order Statuses.

I'm not sure why they disappeared in the first place.
