I used Opencart long ago.
but this time use again, not success. I have two problem: Can't upload new product images; and can't set up payment path, or options.

please check structure of the language file, it should be similar to main folder\catalog\language\en-gb folder.
if so, upload to the location beside the en-gb folder.
Same case for main folder\admin\language\en-gb.
After that, go to the admin panel and select the system -> localisation -> language,
and create a new language object with the selecting the code to the new language folder name.
Finally, you should able to change the language in store setting and able to select in font-end.
