When we get a copy of a order confirmation after a customer has successfully paid an order we print the shipping document.
In some occations we have discovered that the product has changed from the order confirmation (the product the customer has paid) to the shipping document. It is also stored in the database with the wrong product.
I have no clue what is happening and I don't know how to replicate the error.
We are using version 3.0.3.6 and the Journal theme version 3.1.7.
Anyone else having the same problem?

Order issues like this are common for the Journal theme. You probably need to contact Journal support.

We are using version 3.0.3.6 and the Journal theme version 3.1.7.
Use OpenCart with a proper web theme, not the Journal3 framework.
