UPS Shipping Extension Options

I am in the process of updating my 1.5 site to open cart 3.0. The UPS shipping extension on my opencart 1.5 installation had the options circled in the picture I attached to this thread. You could set a minimum ship charge as well as markup the ups rate. Does any one know of an extension that has that capability?

Yes, there's one extension however it is commercial.

Yes that's the one he was using on 1.5.x
I was going to link it, but I wasn't sure if it was against the forum rules.
