Force PayPal Express to Transfer over Phone & Email

When using PayPal Express via the checkout way, the name and address of the customer will automatically be transfered over to the PayPal form, but the phone and email is not, how can these be forced over as well, because how it is now, the customer has to type the phone and email twice.

I'm using OpenCart 3.0.3.2 and Journal 3.
