I installed fresh 2.3.0.2 OC, after some time find somehow, someone upload files direct to VPS server. There is any ideas how to secure website from this ones?

Working now since 9 years with OC, but a virus is completely unknown.
From where do you have your package?
How did you install it?
Did you unzip the package locale before transferring files to server - is that PC/Mac clean - or unzipped it direct on the server?
Who else have your access to your PC?
Who else have access to your server, who knows your access data?
What is 'some times' - specify.
Did you add other extensions?
Which template are you using?
And finally, VPS is not secure!
