I am using OC 2.3.0.2. I've noticed that the quantities are changing on its own. For example, if the stock is set to 0, after a certain amount of time the number will change as if something is in stock. Is this a bug?

Did you find out how/why this was happening? What was the quantity changing to?
I don't allow checkout without stock yet I've just had a customer order and pay for a part that has had zero stock since Nov 4th when I sold the last one and haven't ordered any since.

No success. Went in the Admin this morning and noticed that a few quantities changed from 0. Still searching for answers/fix.DBS wrote: ↑Wed Dec 20, 2017 7:00 pmDid you find out how/why this was happening? What was the quantity changing to?

Which cartbinder product? The one that manages stock levels? Maybe it's not configured correctly and is sometimes "randomly" adding stock. Do you have anything else (outside applications) that might touch stock quantities by directly manipulating the database? Alternately, if nothing is touching your stock quantities, might you have anything installed that still allows purchase on 0 levels, thinking that it will notify you to reorder?
I'm using cartbinder too but I have never seen such bug. Maybe the problem is not in it?
This software is really useful! I have used it for my football betting sites uk. And it works really great!
You’re right. I don’t see that as related either. I’m glad you posted. It reminded me about my update. So I haven’t had any problems since leaving the Quantity blank. Meaning, I’m no longer leaving 0, nor putting 0. That has worked now with keeping items Out of Stock items out of stock. Even though 0 shows, without me typing it in, the stock does not increase. Doesn’t make sense, I know, but it’s working for me.jasongarcia wrote: ↑Wed Jan 10, 2018 5:57 amI'm using cartbinder too but I have never seen such bug. Maybe the problem is not in it?
I do think it’s another issue however.
