Caused by a VQMod contribution. This is not an issue that occurs from the core. I would suggest renaming your .xml entension, one at a time, to .xml_ and refresh the page and logs until this error stops appearing. If you use VQMod Manager, then simply disable each XML files one at a time until you find the source. Only then you will notice which contribution causes these errors on the logs.
