Urgent help (T_T)

hi

i really need help. this is my first problem. every time i edit the order history to any status, it always show 'canceled' (i attached the image for it)

on my 2nd problem, i dont receive any emails from any orders from our site. i try to make a sample test order but we didnt receive any emails + even our contact us form doesnt work either. I already setup the setting for "New Order Alert Mail" to yes but i we stil cat receive any emails. its really frustrating. hope you can help me. thanks

same problem over here, clicking add history gives an error, please advise

Can you post any error logs ? And what is the exact version you are using ?

hi

the problem is it doesnt show any bug error in the site . i look the error log at the cpanel of the hosting but it doesnt show any errors for it :( we use opencart 2.0. i also try to update it using other status like processed, refund etc. but once it save the message post as "canceled". im a bit worry since it might be affected even our inline payments once we update the order history. we really need a help here :(

for the emails, no problem on it now since we fixed it :D

we just need to fix the order history since it look like it has a bug on it. i attached my settings for the orders.

is it possible thats its from export_import thing or the MOD: Local copy OCMOD by iSenseLabs?

I'm seeing the same bug, but it doesn't happen on every order. I haven't been able to see a pattern yet on what makes it happen. I'm hoping to see a solution here soon
