Thank you @opencarthow for your reply, but removed it from the World Wild Web, quick and dirty test...
Maybe a vqmod which made changes to this related language file (even if I don't think so)
here, it seems not the case! sorry

Can't show it inline at this point but tried one more time, fresh install, no vqmod, nothing... default theme,
this issue is still here!
PS: If (customer group) approval is required then 'contact us' link go to /index.php?route=information/contact it's right in this case

Fixed when adding '%s' somewhere in related text...
