Not getting email confirmation for orders from Paypal?
Getting confirmation for orders for credit cards.
Any idea?
OC version. Only from PayPal or generally from your store? More information is needed.

Email settings issue from your OC admin > systems> settings > edit settings > mail tab. Then, the issue is there. Your events table on the database needs to have the Events values re-inserted. do i need to update IPN somewhere? and if so where?

Are the orders going to missing orders in OpenCart or are you just not receiving the emails?
If your orders are going to missing orders then check your IPN history.

If not then check both your PHP and OpenCart error logs.
