Hi,
My opencart version is 2.3.0.2.
I added a custom field called Phone in the path below:
Admin > Customers > Custom Fields
And I entered the information on the Phone and completed the test order.
However, admin and customer's order page does not show the custom field(Phone).
So I checked the order_custom_field table of database, and no information was entered there.
How can I fix the problem?
Thanks,
Limon.

This appears to be a duplication of this

The same still applies - maybe you have a theme or extension installed?

While this may be true, it is not a solution for the original poster. The OpenCart masterbranch is not suitable for live webiste, as it is not yet a stable code. At the best, it might be possible to do a backwards patch to the OC 2.3.0.2, in which case the OP could find a professional developer to do it for him as a paid-for job, or he could try do it himself if he's coding skills.
Export/Import Tool * SpamBot Buster * Unused Images Manager * Instant Option Price Calculator * Number Option * Google Tag Manager * Survey Plus * OpenTwig
Both solutions could work. However, my post above was about taking the part where the solution has been provided specifically on the master branch; not to install the whole package.JNeuhoff wrote: ↑Fri Feb 12, 2021 6:54 pmWhile this may be true, it is not a solution for the original poster.
