Notice: Undefined variable: ga_cookie

I am still new to opencart.
My website did not work first. so i deleted everything and uploaded my backup and imported the database.

But now i get this error.

That looks like a vQmod extension that adds "ga" variables to the header file (probably for Google Analytics). Take a look in your /vqmod/xml/ directory and see if you can find it. You can disable it by renaming the file from .xml to .xml_
