Hi,

Vouchers are not being sent to the intended recipient.

Store owner hets an email, as does the buyer - but not the recipient.

Any ideas?

Order status must be in the list of `complete statuses`, otherwise voucher recipient will not get an email.
By the way, recipient will get the email whenever the order is complete at a later time.

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me.
That hasn't helped - I place a dummy order...

- i receive confirmation
- recipient does not
- the order appears in OC
- I change its status to Complete
- recipient does not get the Voicher code, or indeed anything!

What am I doing wrong?

1. Make your the status 'Complete' is enlisted as 'Complete Order status'.
2. You can try sending voucher manually to see if it works in admin -> Sales -> Gift Vourcher
