Open Cart Module Multiple Wishlists

Having an issue with the Multiple Wish list opening time "it lags terribly" ..it takes forwever when its clicked on to be loaded
Does anyone have any ideas on why ? ?

You should contact the developer of the extension, it's unlikely anyone in the forum will be able to assist you with a third-party modification.
