is there away of Defer offscreen images for google page speed

hi everyone hopes you're all well I got a problem when I run my site through google page speed it tells me to Defer offscreen images I tried 2 different lazy loaders on the opencart marketplace and not had any look hope someone can advise opencart 2.3.0.2 and journal 3 themes (new theme)
