Recurring Payments - Paypal - Return url

Hello.
I want to ask:
Every time a recurring payment occurs in PayPal, I need to update a record to another database. In a single order I am doing this by using the success.php page.

Where is that option if "recurring payment" option is set?

OpenCart 2 handles PayPal Express IPN messages in catalog/controller/extension/payment/pp_express.php, function ipn() . Look for "recurring" inside that function. And IPN is much better than "success.php" even for non-recurring payments , it's more reliable and secure.

I can see that paypal was run the recurring payment but in opencart tables i can see nothing.
Did I do something wrong?

I think I found the problem, but I can't solve it.
All orders come from Paypal with status "Suspended". What's wrong with it?
