Hello,

I am using Opencart Version 2.3.0.2, MultiMerch software & Basel theme when a person purchases a product from my store the quantity of the product won't decrease ( -1 ) and they apply to all products in my store, I have also done the following test: I purchased a product and then I accessed the store and change the status to COMPLETE, but still didn't work. Not sure how to fix this problem, could anyone please assist me?

Hey Rayan,

Might want to check the "Subtract Stock" field. This is OC's default field that controls whether or not making an order subtracts from the available product quantity. Digital MM products have it disabled by default.

Thanks for responding, that box is actually already checked, but still won't subtract. :-\

Do you set the value of Subtract to "yes" when publishing a product?

This is OpenCart's default feature, nothing MultiMerch-specific. Doesn't depend on MultiMerch's order status configuration, either - only on OC statuses (when the order status is changed to Processing or Completed).

The whole thing happens in catalog/model/checkout/order.php > addOrderHistory()

Thanks for your help! I solved the issue by configuring the right setting by going to System > Setting > Option > Checkout > Processing Order Status
