Hello,

I am using Version 2.3.0.2 and I am installing MultiMerch software in my Opencart, when a customer order anything and visit their order history they can't find their orders that they just purchased and also it says Missing Orders under the status in the admin CP this issue appeared when I was trying to delete some default order statuses and I put my own. Now the only way customers can see their orders after I go to to the CP > Sales > Orders and then view order and add new order history manually to order received, not sure why this is happening even though the Order Status is set to be Order Received in the setting. ???

If you are receiving payment using PayPal, ensure PayPal IPN is turned on and working.
