option as specific url

how can I create a specific url to each product category, for example product - aircraft, vendor - boeing, option 737, 747, 757
i need something like shop.com/aircraft/boeing/747, because now user can choose model at the boeing page

I mean, that shop sell nike air-max, in size range 9-12. I need a specific urls to every size of the model air-max, like //airmax/size_9.html(or php), //airmax/size_10, etc, where size_ - is an option.

I need to generate specific pages to all options to every product and I search a way to do it, because this is a term of work with online market
