I recently had my site upgraded to 2.3.0.2 (from v1.5.5.1) and everything seems to work fine except for one thing.

When a customer clicks "Confirm Order" and the sale is processed, the checkout page just reloads. So it makes you wonder if you even clicked the "Confirm Order" button or not. The problem is the customer will click the button 4-5 more times trying to get the order to go through, when in reality each one is being processed. So then I have to refund each duplicate order, and there are some non-refundable fees on refund, so that will start adding up quickly. Plus its frustrating to the customer. What should be happening is that once they click the button to place the order, they should be forwarded to the "Success" page, but they aren't.

I also noticed that the cart doesn't clear out once the order is completed either.

I've tried searching on here but I only seem to come up with confirmation email issues, which isn't my problem at all. All emails are working fine.

What could be wrong here?

You should mention which payment method(s) you were trying out.

I'm using Paypal Pro & Paypal Payments Standard, but they don't seem to do this on my other 1.5.5.1 sites, which is why I was thinking it was something with the new Opencart version

On a side note, I was doing more searching and came across this thread viewtopic.php?f=190&t=164130&p=624411&h ... ge#p624411 and it did not change anything. I just ran through another order and the same thing still happens
