SEO url ReWritebase path

Hi,

May I know what will be the path if my domain is an "add-on domain"

Original:

RewriteBase /

i tried:

RewriteBase /mydomain.com (was not working)

Any Suggestion please

This is a relative path for your site's SUBFOLDER (e.g.: mydomain.com/subfolder). So if you're not in subfolder, don't change it.

Thank you so much for the reply thekrotek. The filemanager shows the add-on domain folder same location as public_html. but I've no luck leaving the .htaccess as "RewriteBase /" for it to work. I've tried a few but failed, when I turn off SEO setting in dashboard, it works fine for the whole website. been trying to find lots of articles on google search, still no help.

my folder name is: xxxxxxxx.com
I tried: RewriteBase /xxxxxxxx.com/ (didn't work)

RewriteBase /home/username/xxxxxxxx.com/
RewriteBase /~username/xxxxxxxx.com/

Like I said, DO NOT change the path, it's just / in your case.
