How can I add a function for uploading a image or a file during the check-out (see below)?
Normally where shall I the images stored if I want the function

As far as I know, there isn't a quick easy way to add this to the checkout, you have to add it to the products themselves that require a file upload as an option.

I hope the need of a image added to the delivery details (check-out) will be helpful for the courier.
The image can be save in according to the order (as one of the options in history).
But I don't know how to achieve that.

If I'm not mistaken you can just add a custom field and choose 'file' input.
I haven't done this myself but might be worth a shot.
I also think the uploaded files end up in your admin>system/tools/uploads.

well, it's a rather unclear information, you gave us, but check here, to possibly find something
at least coming near. But if you want this in the Checkout itselfs, you'll have to get it custom made.

Thank you for your suggestions.

The file or the image to upload is done by the customer not admin.
IP_CAM's modules are related the files for the customer download.
But I want the different direction: customer uploading the files.
Any idea or module for my issue?
