(SOLVED) Customers experiencing log in problems. Email and password not recognised.

Hi there,

I'm running version 2.2 and when customers attempt to log in they receive the following:-

Warning: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password.

It is happened with more than one and I tested it myself and also could not log in with one of my dummy accounts.

It has been running fine the last couple of months and now has just started with this error message.

I checked the error log and saw this:-

Any ideas please?

well, you probably better ask the Theme Seller on this,
who else should be able to know ?!

I think there may be two issues here.

The email not being recognised appears to be an OC problem, rather than the template problem.

So switching back to the default template and then back again to my theme template appears to have cleared the issue ...for now???
