Whoever thought that on editing the orders an API check for IP was a good idea. It's not. The feature is a travesty!

For someone constantly on the move, and with the LTE connection changing the IP on its own, doing anything productive on orders is impossible! I have spent a good part of last 30 minutes adding IPs to the API than update the order data.

May be the developers had a good reason to validate the IP on order edit after the user had clearly logged into the admin dashboard, while not even have a basic features like 2 factor authentication or limit logon attempts on the admin login screen. Genius!

Is there a way to disable this monstrosity of a feature, a humongous waste of time that it is?

I've added a simple extension called Disable API checks. You can download it from this page. It'll disable IP address and session ID checks - two most annoying checks in OpenCart, which cause a lot of people headaches.

Download and try for yourself. It's absolutely free.

Professional OpenCart extensions, support and custom work.

I got problem on admin panel where I want to apply/add coupon code into order , it always tells me coupon code not valid with extension activated , and works fine if I disabled it.
