Json error clicking on Buy button [SOLVED]

Hello,

I have a issue on the product page, when clicking on the Buy button a Json error pops up, this only happens in 1 language out of 3, for English and Swedish there is no issue to click on Buy button, only in Norweigan language

Iam using Opencart 2.3.0.2 with Journal 2 theme, i tried to track the origin of the error with no success if someone can please help with the issue

After some more checking and testing i found that the issue are from the language pack, in the category/language/no-nb/account/login.php

the file was saved as UTF8, when changing the encoding to UTF8/wBom the error disappeared
