Yes to many times but nobody help me, i have pay for a lot of extensions and i have not access now,

it's a real Pitty, especially for those, uncertain, what to do with that crab, but if I ever find some spare time,
I will add the .ZIP Extension word, to make 'em work again.
Those, offering Extensions, like MarketingSG by example, should make sure, to FIX their Download-Titles.
But many 'things' are still not, as they should, but nobody seems to be much interested to know...

I have spent hundreds on apps for my work and have not been able to access them for days, possibly loosing hundreds of dollars in lost revenue. So far as I'm aware I was never informed of any pin changes at all.
This is starting to really get frustrating as it was working perfectly before so they should have left it the same.
I get the need for updates but this is getting ridiculous. I know this site is open source, however if people are paying for expensive mods, one would expect a level of service, which frankly has been lacking from the site.
I feel worst for the mod developers as mod sales will obviously be hit by this as more and more frustrated people get fed up and switch platform.
This is really sad as opencart in itself is a brilliant platform and this has if anything just scared people off.

It's never to late to go back to how it was 6 months ago? Start a back at the beginning. Or is the database to far gone now?

Same problem here. Have never been asked to set a PIN number, so how am I meant to know what it is. Support aren't answering any requests.
If i can't access my account and download the extensions that i have paid for, i guess the only choice will be to use another platform all together, which will be a whole world of grief in itself.

That would be great if you could login to add the code.

support on here has gone pants, anyway managed to sort mine as I had the forum on my tablet so just copied my cookie files from my tablet to the pc SORTED

I'm logging in to the forum and then trying OpenCart in the same browser at the same time, but it still won't let me in? Tried different pins but nothing seemed to work, now my account is locked.
The same as many other people, emailing support gets no response at all. It feels like this could be the end of OpenCart, for me atleast

Heard back from OpenCart last night. They unlocked my account and reset the PIN so that when i logged on i got a screen asking me to set a PIN.
Whether it was in response to my support ticket from 2 weeks ago i'm not sure, but i also messaged the dedicated support team on Monday (https://dedicated.opencart.com/) and used the 'free quote' option and explained the issue to them. Maybe they sorted it or got in touch with the normal support team... Either way, i can get in again.

How can I modify or check what is my PIN code?
I can login with my main computer but I can't login with my phone. I don't remember when should have been imput my PIN. There is not any option for PIN code change or ask a new PIN.
I think it is a very bad new feature in marketplace shop...

This is the most stupid system I even had on a website.
When you don't use your account for a while and need to asap fix a website you can't login to download the latest extensions you paid for!
Since this website is updated its only a huge mess. It started with the migration (also download problems) and now this.
Now I am waiting on a friday evening to get a new pin! How do you explain your customer.....
I was happy with OpenCart but within the years it's becoming worser and worser. Why? They change all the time things, not backwards compatible with older versions, like template, extensions (the famous: you do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator) etc.
Compare it with other CMS like Joomla and OpenCart is a mess, even the website. Hopefully somebody will take care for this...one day...and will make the users from OpenCart happy again.....
