Every Image or Thumbnail Crashed in Admin Area OC 2.3.0.2

Hi,

problem in Image or Thumbnail icon crashed in oc 2.3.0.2 admin area

How to Solve this, i tried to make changes in config.php in root and admin also, bust does't work, please check attached png file for your better knowledge

My Php V : 5.6.27
Theme : domino
Host : linux

Please Help Me

HI thekrotek

Thanks for the guidance , I checked that and i found that the link of thumbnail is without Colon, when i added that colon the image appeared. I have attached an image of what I mean. Now, do you have any solution or a link to add this colon in every image or Do I have to add it manually in every link?
