Hello guys, please i'm having a problem on setting up a multi store on my website.
It is on a subdomain, but i dont see any changes on it.
whenever i visit the subdomain, it takes me to the main website. I have set the default currency of the other store to be Dollars but im not seeing it atall.
The main domain is familybooster.com
the subdomain is ng.familybooster.com.
Please what can i do
It seems that your sub-domain hasn't create properly OR there is a redirection set that is redirecting to the main site .

I had similar issues and the problem was BROWSER CACHE. it was serving me wrong pages and I thought it didnt work while I had someone else browse it and it worked on their computer.
Clear browser cache, cookies and Flush DNS.
Start from simple things.
Otherwise as long as the CPNEL has a has a setting to point "ng.familybooster.com" to "/public_html/" you should be good as long as the familybooster.com is in root folder. If not then point it to "/public_html/familybooster.com"
