Not working Slideshow on home page under IE9

Hello,
I am sorry about my english.
I have e problem with just installed OpenCart 2.3.0.2 and I see that Home Page Slideshow not work via IE9.
With Firefox, Opera and Chrome is ok, but IE9 no.
For compare:

Does anyone knows how I fix this problem?

That's an old version of IE, we are now at Edge.

Anyways, IE is less forgiving than other browsers. If you have been editing code, check if you removed something. Otherwise, I think you should put a notice to use other web browsers, rather than IE

I have not edited anything on code.

Because on demo installed old version Opencart 2.0.0.0.b
And apparently there is used flexslider as slider (look on source code)
