Error with multi flat rate base on weight

Do you get same error in other pages? You are using shared hosting, right?
Most of the share hosting does not provide assurance about enough memory . Seems your hosting is running on very busy server

Difficult to tell without investing. Usually I did not get such issue yet in that page. Its better to take help from a developer
