I have a website with console games
how do i apply a tax for 18+ games but only once
if i add a 5$ tax class and adds it to every 18+ game and you buy 10x 18+ games you get a 50$ tax
i need it to be 5$/checkout if 18+ games are in the cart

Two options:
1. Use the built-in "Handling Fee" Order Total, in Extensions > Order Totals. It allows you to add a flat fee just once to the cart, so it would work for your $5.00 tax. Note that it would NOT appear in tax reports, though, and it would not be limited to any particular products.
2. Use an extension like Category & Product-Based Fee/Discount to set a fee based on the products in the cart. You have flexibility to choose whatever calculation you want, so you could set a flat charge whenever one of the 18+ products were in the cart. You'd set it up like this:

Rule: Product Group: Cart has items from "any" members of "18+ Games"
