Can't edit order older than 60 days

Have read all possible other solutions, but can only find that editting an order works only of the order is younger than 60 days.

In my previous install (1.5X) i had a setting in the system settings allowing me to tell how many days i could edit an order.

In my current installation i can't find that setting...

Now i've added the database setting of my previous installation (config_order_setting) since that wasn't there.
(and would be there if i would have updated rather than make a new installation).
That does not help ;-(

Anyone a suggestion how to fix this?

Opencart 2x versions has no date limit to editing orders
